How the AC Repair Process Works
Most frustration with HVAC service comes from not knowing what is happening or what it will cost. Here is exactly how a service call runs, start to finish.

1. You call or send a request
Call 772-356-3425 or submit the service request form with your ZIP code and a description of the problem: what the system is doing, how long it has been happening, and whether anything unsafe is present such as burning smells or repeated breaker trips.
2. A local provider follows up
Your request is routed to a local HVAC service provider, who contacts you to confirm the diagnostic fee and a realistic appointment window. Nothing is booked until you agree to it.
3. Full system diagnostic
A thorough visit tests the thermostat and control signal, the electrical components, refrigerant pressures and temperatures, airflow and static pressure, and the condensate system — both sides of the system, not just the obvious symptom.
4. Findings and pricing before work
Ask for the readings, the failed component, the recommended repair and the price before anything is replaced. Nothing should be installed without your approval.
5. Repair and verification
After a repair, performance should be re-measured to confirm the system is operating correctly, not simply running. It is reasonable to ask for the after readings.
6. What to watch for next
A useful visit ends with a plain summary of what else is aging on the system and roughly when it may need attention, so nothing is a surprise next summer.
